Enhanced Oil Recovery Steam Generators (also known as EORs) are used to increase oil recovery by producing steam that can be directly sent into an oil field. This is accomplished by connecting an EOR to a fired combustion turbine, which allows the production of steam as well as additional waste exhaust to be reused.
