Succession at lnproheat Industrial Ltd.

To all our valued business partners the time has come to announce that Eric & Gus are retiring this year. We want to thank-you for your support of our collective efforts to provide the best possible service to our customers and rewarding careers for our employees. Collectively, we have worked with Steve to ensure a seamless leadership transition and together with our customers and employees; we need to face our common future with vigor, passion and leadership. We are proud of the success of lnproheat over the past 50 years and know that Steve and the entire lnproheat team will continue to deliver value to our customers and partners.

 To ensure an orderly transition, the following will take place:

• Effective Nov 1^st, 2011 Eric Panz, Ing, will step down as President of lnproheat Industries Ltd.

• Effective Nov 1^st, 2011, Steven Panz, P. Eng, currently the VP of the Energy Systems Group, will assume the title of President of lnproheat Industries Ltd.

• Effective Dec 31, 2011, Gustav Panz, will step down as Executive Vice President lnproheat Industries Ltd. and will assume the title of Consultant Engineered Material-Management & Logistics

• Effective Jan 1^st, 2012, David Dunbar, currently the Divisional Manager of lnproheat Engineered Materials Group will assume the title of Vice President Engineered Materials Group.

• Effective Nov 1^st, 2011, Wesley Young P. Eng currently Chief Engineer of the Energy Systems Group will assume the title of Chief Technical Officer of the Energy Systems Group.
