Description

Impact Crusher

Williams Primary and Secondary Impact Crushers and Nuggetizer Crusher are designed for a wide range of applications such as: limestone, sand, gravel, asphalt, cement rock, and many types of minerals.

Reversible Impactors High capacity size reduction of solids by mid-air impact, Williams Reversible Impactors are among the most advanced of the secondary or tertiary crushers for the reduction of stone, coal, ore, clay, shale, refractories, ceramics, scrap glass, chemicals, fertilizers, and other materials.

Willpactor Rugged, single rotor, primary impact crusher for high capacity, high reduction ratio, plus external product size adjustment. Willpactors are engineered around four rotor sizes to provide capacities as high as 1700 tons per hour.

Willpactor II Williams' WillPactor II is designed specifically to increase profits by maximizing the production of marketable cubical product. The WillPactor II provides efficiency, economy and the durability through selective reinforcement of critical components. The WillPactor II effectively handles feed sizes beyond the range of conventional secondary crushers.

Reversible Nuggetizer Crusher (U.S. Patent No. 3,667,694) Primary, single-stage, impact crushing of cement, rock, limestone, coal, and other minerals.

Roll Crusher

Heavy-Duty Drive Shafts & Bearings Oversized, heat-treated, alloy steel shafts plus self-aligning, roller-type bearings assure long life and maximum use of power. Jackshafts for control of roller speed are standard on double roll crushers, optional on larger single roll crushers.

Protective Spring Releases Heavy-duty compression springs permit movement of floating roll to pass tramp metal and other uncrushables, avoiding overload and damage. Smaller single roll crushers are equipped with a shear pin release.

Simple Roll Adjustment Quickly set and maintained via manual bolt/shim arrangement. Allows shock loads to be taken in compression rather than tension.

Double rolls come in combinations of smooth, corrugated and toothed designs. Both single and double roll crushers operate most efficiently with dry, friable materials. However, single roll machines have been widely and successfully used for the reduction of moist clays. They also have been long used as primary and secondary coal crushers, both at mine sites and power plants, where a minimum of fines is desired. Single roll crushers generally handle larger feed sizes at higher reduction ratios in higher capacities. Double roll crushers produce a finer product at lower reduction ratios and capacities.
