Description

Inproheat offers a number of heat-setting (wet or dry) and air-setting mortars (wet or dry). These mortars can be of fireclay high alumina, silica or basic types, available in regular consistency for light troweled joints or heavy consistency for heavy troweled joints. For installations where thin dipped or rubbed joints are desired, a suitable thinner consistency can be obtained by adding clean potable water to the mix.

Application

  • Developed to match dense and insulating firebrick in various thermal, chemical, and physical conditions.
  • Temperature use limits range from 2600°F to 3400°F (1425°C to 1871°C).
