Direct steam injection systems offer the instant and continuous heating of any liquids that are miscible with water. When steam is sent via the injection tube towards the liquid stream, its flow forms a series of condensed streams across a large surface area to provide immediate absorption upon liquid contact. The resulting steam energy absorption of the entire process is 100%. An external valve manages the steam flow.
