Inproheat proudly offers air-to-air heat exchangers designed by Munters.
Due to their thermal efficiency and heat recovery capabilities, air-to-air heat exchangers are especially appealing to the industrial sector.
They provide continuous economic and energy savings, which in turn promotes greater environmental responsibility through smaller footprints.
These air-to-air heat exchangers are available in three distinct models with a number of unique design options along with notable customization options depending on the demands of the application in question.
These models are explained below:
With thermal efficiency of up to 85%, the Z-Duct heat exchanger uses a plate design to move energy between separate air streams. Known for its compact construction, simplified installation, and cost reduction opportunities through its energy recovery and durable operation.
The Thermo-T heat exchanger features a tubular design that boasts thermal efficiency of up to 80% in high temperature applications that reach 1800F and above. With low risk of cross-contamination, the Thermo-T offers customization in the areas of material, insulation, pattern of airflow, tubing, as well as multi-pass or single-pass options. The compact versatility of this model is matched with a steady performance that enhances its energy recovery capabilities.
Built with a seam-welded stainless steel plate design, the Thermo-Z air to air heat exchanger can accommodate high temperature application environments that climb up to 1400F while delivering a thermal efficiency level of up to 85%. Offering customization in its design to meet the specific operational setting, it can also be integrated in unison with Thermo-T heat exchangers for maximum energy recovery.
Air-to-air heat exchangers are well-suited to a variety of application environments.
Among the primary industrial applications are those that utilize the recovery of heat or energy through thermal and catalytic oxidizers, incinerators, process exhaust, waste gas and process heat, indirect heating, and cooling process air.
