Overview

Inproheat Industries offers Flame Scanners through John Zink Hamworthy Combustion, Chentronics.

The iScan Scanner model is a powerful tool that combines signal processor and scanning technology into a single product. Using a familiar Windows software platform, this scanner ensures that data from flame signals, specific burners and the overall system environment is easily accessible and always current.

Features

Overall System Display Features

Detailed Burner Display Features

The burner display itself offers automatic gain adjustment options and simplified learning that facilitates changes to threshold, flicker frequency, and sensitivity. Icons are used to show activated burner flames and for each burner, the display will show flame and frequency status.

Optimized Flame Display Features

The flame display has the full history of flame characteristics and the ability to easily find individual flames and make easy adjustments to the flame response for fuel.

Operational Reliability and Simple Replacement

The flame scanners are known for providing a safe and durable operation. Any necessary replacements can be made easily by users without issue. Rated for use (-40°C to 80°C),

Backwards Compatibility

Thanks to extensive backwards compatibility, Chentronics flame scanners can be integrated with older equipment in a simple and cost-effective manner.
