Centrifugal Pumps – MC Models

Overview

Inproheat Industries offers a variety of MC models of centrifugal pumps designed by Duechting Pumps.

These corrosion and wear-resistant mineral cast models are designed with SicCast materials and are available in single-stage and multi-stage variants with horizontal and vertical designs.

MC models of centrifugal pumps are available to Canadian customers in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and the territories.

They are also available to our American customers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

Features

MC

A horizontal single-stage pump that is intended for corrosive and abrasive liquids. Features include a closed key driven impeller, an axial suction flange, a vertical discharge flange, anti-friction bearings lubricated with oil or heavy-duty bearings depending on the application, and a DÜTEC mechanical seal that is metal free and single acting.

MCC

A horizontal single-stage pump handling corrosive and abrasive liquids. Features include an axial suction flange, tangential discharge flange, a closed key driven impeller, a DÜTEC cartridge mechanical seal that is metal free and single acting, and roller bearings that are durable and lubricated with oil.

MCS

A submersive single-stage pump intended for corrosive and abrasive liquids. Features include a vertical suction flange, a radial discharge flange, a closed impeller, a motor that is stainless steel and submersible, an oil reservoir area with a moisture sensor, and a mechanical seal that is single acting.

MCV

A vertical single-stage, sleeve-bearing pump that is capable of managing corrosive and abrasive liquids. Features include a radial discharge flange, a vertical suction flange, a vertical mixed flow design that can function as an intake model, polygon sleeve and radial bearings, a wear plate with simple disassembly capabilities, and a mechanical seal that is single acting and shaft sealing.

Applications

MC models of centrifugal pumps are commonly used across applications requiring the pumping of abrasive and corrosive materials. These applications include flue gas desulfurization, water treatment, incinerators, seawater desalination, potash and fertilizer, and power plants.
