Overview

Inproheat Industries offers Gas High Pressure Let-Down Stations.

These stations are contained in a controlled and compact skid-mounted environment that is protected from elements and takes inlet unodorized natural gas, incorporates the mercaptan-based odor, and pressure regulates it to the desired outlet set pressure for distribution.

Features

Mounted and Elevated Equipment

All equipment for stations is mounted on a rugged structural steel skid with a secondary fluid containment and an elevated operator structural platform.

Enclosed Electrical Controls

Stations feature electrical controls systems and panels enclosed inside a heated and ventilated electrical building with a fire detection and gas monitoring system.

Separator Vessel System

A separator vessel system is used to filter out condensate for clean outlet natural gas.

Emergency Shut-Down Features

Stations feature an inlet ESD shut-off valve to isolate the entire station during emergency shut-down.

Continuous Operation Features

Operating and bypass regulator-loop piping lines and a methanol injection system permit continuous operation during maintenance periods

Slam-Shut Valves

Stations have slam-shut valves to isolate the system in case of pressure regulator failure.

Minimal Operator Monitoring

Stations require minimal operator monitoring.

Industry Certified

All pressure-retaining equipment is ASME certified and CRN registered.
