Inproheat Industries offers biomass energy systems designed by GTS Energy, a Sigma Thermal brand.
Biomass energy systems are important for being able to convert biomass sources into useful energy gases.
Built to produce energy through an advanced combustion system that is highlighted by a specialized grate furnace, biomass energy systems are designed for the delivery of different energy systems. The primary types are touched on here:
Fired Combustion Systems: Available in wet fuel or dry fuel furnaces. The wet fuel models are popular in industries relating to wood products that can generate a high degree of moisture as fuel sources. Dry fuel furnaces produce the same results of efficiency as wet counterparts, but they are designed for dry fuel material.
Hot Fired Gas Generator: Generates clean gas that is ideal for direct heating purposes. The extensive combustion design also prevents impure flue gas or sparks from causing problems with the process.
Fired Thermal Fluid Heater: Uses closed loops to provide indirect heating through heat transfer from a liquid to a specific heat process. It is all done in a low pressure system environment with high temperature options.
Fired Steam Boiler: Generates steam through a biomass-fired boiler. Can be created through a custom-engineered design or a thermal oil to steam process.
Biomass energy systems offer fully-controlled and complete combustion systems making for strong efficiency levels.
Because of the nature of the fuel, biomass energy systems produce lower levels of emissions than other energy systems.
The gas created from biomass energy systems is of a noticeably cleaner nature than other gas-producing energy systems.
Biomass energy systems are used most often with the following applications: Tank heating, laminating press, wood fired thermal oil heating systems, multi-opening and continuous press, log thawing ponds, heat exchangers, steam generators, building and plants, and pelletizing.
