The ISG Service Offerings

The Inproheat Services Group provides a range of specific services to industry customers.

These services are intended to increase uptime, add to overall efficiency, and reduce maintenande and future repairs.

In turn, this creates a system environment that maximizes both productivity and profitability.

  • Mechanical and Engineering Services: These services are intended to increase efficiency at the engineering and mechanical levels. These offerings include fuel train construction, custom casting, combustion system tune-ups, industrial electrical services, PLC programming, retrofitting and upgrades, spare parts specification and acquisition. As part of this process, the ISG is actively involved in equipment selection, system design, and procurement that will provide quality and endurance.
  • Installation Services: Our installation process begins with an initial consultation to outline specific needs. We offer physical installation of the required equipment in the application setting, which can include  completing any part-specific construction needs that are needed for the install. Finally, the ISG team will will test piping connections, leakage, electrical wiring, and system programming related to the equipment installation to ensure overall operational readiness.
  • Commissioning Services: Our commissioning services include an in-depth post-launch monitoring of the system. We analyze overall efficiency levels of critical elements like system controls, instrumentation, emissions, and temperature levels to ensure peak optimization and necessary regulatory compliance. Further adjustments can be made on-site by the ISG representatives or recommended to a qualified in-house operations team.
  • Maintenance Services: Our maintenance services cover a range of inspections and service solutions, depending on the suspected issues at hand. Specific inspections can include overall site health, emissions, safety limits, physical equipment operations, fuel trains,  Class A and B Gas Fitters (including fitting, piping, and safety code checks), instrumentation and process controls. From there, The ISG offers annual maintenance packages to address potential issues at key early stages, along with emergency field service, end-of-life part replacement, existing safety package analysis, and reviews of the product approval process.
